This week, we move on to the crux of the work—ACTION. What can this mean? Where are we coming from when we decide to do so? With whom and how and where do we do this work? Where are we coming from when we do it? Extensive self-work exercises pair with lecture-based session sorting through the myriad ways of taking action for equity and social justice.

Week 3:
In final week of the ROOTS courses, we ground down, ensuring that our roots are strong and steadfast as we step forward into our ongoing work. An exercise-heavy week, this refocuses attention to how you personally, in your work and life, will step forward with intention, accountability, and responsibility with whatever means you have to do so, in whichever environments and contexts you inhabit.
